As a Sr. Manager, Supplier Performance Management you will be trusted to manage supplier performance, contract SLAs and KPIs, including cost reductions, alternative suppliers, and business continuity goals at our Manufacturing facility in Johns Creek, GA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate
  • 7 Years of relevant experience
  • 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

  • Ability to foster strong relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Direct Materials (packaging, chemicals, MRO parts)
  • Strong analytical skills to influence budgeting and pricing options.
  • Ability to negotiate complex supply agreements and third-party engagements.
  • Ability to perform scenario modeling, business case development, and total cost of ownership assessments.
  • Strong analytical ability within excel, SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ambiguity and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supplier management plans for key materials within chemicals and packaging through regular QBRs, KPI reporting, and contracting coverage.
  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives that offer cost savings, introduce alternative suppliers, and provide business continuity.
  • Apply data analytics to identify trends within spending, delivery and quality data to identify new opportunities and projects.
  • Support site budgeting, spend variances and project management in coordination with MS&T and above-site Procurement team.
  • Develop and present business cases to SLT to secure buy in on various continuous improvement strategies and projects related to material spend.
