About The Position

Omnicell is seeking an in-house legal leader to help shape and operationalize its global AI and data governance program across third-party technologies and internally developed products. The position works across law, product, engineering, security, quality, procurement, and business teams, providing practical guidance on responsible AI deployment, product validation, privacy operations, and go-to-market strategy. It leads legal guidance for third-party AI risk reviews and mitigation plans, partners with the AI Policy & Standards Manager on the AI validation framework, and oversees privacy and AI governance activities associated with assessments, processing records, and product reviews. The role also develops scalable governance playbooks, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and metrics, and monitors regulatory developments to identify needed changes to products, processes, policies, or controls. This role leads two direct operational reports supporting AI governance and go-to-market offerings, including a Privacy Specialist who partners closely with product teams.
