The Sr Manager, Shopper-Consumer Insights (M3) drives the strategic direction of shopper and consumer understanding across key business units. This role oversees a portfolio of insight initiatives, leads cross-functional insight integration, and partners with senior leaders to influence commercial strategies. The Sr Manager also plays a critical role in talent development and capability building within the insights team. The position is responsible for managing client & tool contracts, including negotiations, and ensuring the involvement of relevant stakeholders across the organization.
