About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Sales Technology is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and continuous evolution of the technology platforms that power Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. This role leads the organization's Sales technology platform (Salesforce) and other Sales tech tools, while driving the adoption of CRM, business intelligence, AI, automation, and digital technologies that improve productivity, enhance the customer experience, and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise Salesforce environments, including deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform strategy.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing technical or business systems teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, CRM architecture, integrations, automation, data governance, and reporting.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps and implementing scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and business performance.
  • Demonstrated success developing technology strategies that support commercial growth and digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, business intelligence, automation, and enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience leading technology change management and driving user adoption across cross-functional organizations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams, translating business needs into technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for Salesforce and the Company's commercial technology platforms.
  • Lead, develop, and grow the Sales Technology team, setting priorities, managing performance, and building team capabilities.
  • Partner with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and IT to define the commercial technology strategy and prioritize investments that support business growth.
  • Lead the evolution of Salesforce and CRM capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support business growth.
  • Drive commercial technology initiatives through enterprise integrations, automation, AI capabilities, reporting modernization, and customer-facing digital solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives including Salesforce evolution, CRM enhancements, CPQ integration, measurement and visualization technologies, AI-enabled commercial solutions, consumer journey digitalization, and reporting and analytics modernization.
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions that streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Oversee Salesforce enhancements, platform governance, releases, vendor relationships, and the overall technology lifecycle.
  • Own the company's reporting architecture, delivering executive dashboards and actionable insights through Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Establish best practices for CRM administration, change management, user adoption, and documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through execution while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day business needs.
