This role sits at the intersection of Strategic Operations, Sales, and Finance, ensuring Salesforce and related systems effectively support pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and business processes. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce administration expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for solving business challenges through practical, scalable solutions. This is a highly hands-on role focused on Salesforce administration, system optimization, user support, reporting, and process improvement. Working closely with Strategic Operations leadership, the Solution Architect will help design and implement Salesforce enhancements that improve operational efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business visibility. The role serves as both a trusted advisor and hands-on administrator, helping stakeholders maximize the value of Salesforce and related systems while ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
