About The Position

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, is a strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and governing the end-to-end revenue process for the ADP business. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role ensures pricing discipline, forecast integrity, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Operations. This successful candidate brings expertise in SAP pricing, revenue process design, cross-functional influence, and finance operations discipline, with a bias toward execution, systems thinking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales, sales operations, pricing, or related field.
  • Requires at least 3 years’ experience as a manager.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and financial skills.
  • Transformative leadership experience and demonstrated examples of leading substantial change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce), reporting tools (i.e., Qlik, Power BI), ERP (i.e., SAP ECC or S4), CLM platforms (i.e., Intelagree, Ironclad) and Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience with modeling, forecasting and data visualization.
  • Experienced in providing consultative support to multiple stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical experience in pricing, sales operations, sales finance, or related fields.
  • Background in management consulting a plus.
  • Business-oriented understanding of planning and analytics practices for sales process, modeling, operations, management, and sales finance.

Responsibilities

  • Own pricing operations and approval workflows flawlessly leading the SAP pricing configuration, customer master data maintenance, and pricing exception management within delegated limits of authority
  • Escalates high-risk pricing decisions to BU leadership preparing margin analysis and recommendations
  • Drives strategic change and enhanced pricing/profitability rigor to the current framework and establish a structure that will drive enterprise sales across various market segments, products and solutions and increase net income.
  • Analyze discount effectiveness, price realization by product, customer, channel, and margin trends; translate data into actionable recommendations for pricing strategy and profitability improvement
  • Manages the staffing, work, development and performance of assigned employees.
  • Monitor pipeline hygiene and CRM data quality enforcing pipeline definitions, identify stale opportunities, and ensure CRM data integrity to support reliable forecasting, sales productivity analysis, and executive decision-making
  • Optimize revenue workflows from quote generation through pricing approval, eliminate manual handoffs and reduce cycle time through automation and process standardization
  • Develop disciplined processes across relevant stakeholders including documenting standard operating procedures, establish SLAs and escalation paths, train users, and drive adoption of process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Build and maintain executive revenue dashboards delivering insights that enable proactive intervention.
  • Develop appropriate roadmap for analytical tool adoption assessing current-state analytics capabilities, identifying gaps and prioritizing CRM and data integration enhancements.
  • Partner with IT to implement technology improvements that scale analytical capabilities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team directly managing two FTEs (Pricing Analyst and Sales Ops Analyst) providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development
  • Leverage best practices from sibling Business Units and collaborate in cross-BU Revenue Operations sharing and adopting proven frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management identifying bottlenecks, design solutions, implement process enhancements, and lead organizational change with clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and results tracking.
