About The Position

The Sr. Manager of Retention & Email Marketing leads the consumer-centric contact strategy for Titan that drives revenue while growing brand loyalty and advocacy. Skilled at both interpreting data and shaping creative and messaging, this individual applies customer analytics and deep customer insight to optimize the communication journey while increasing customer retention.

Requirements

  • Creative and analytical mindset who loves to share findings and actionable insights
  • 3-5 years of experience within digital marketing, preferably with an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand
  • 1-3 years experience with Email/ SMS Marketing Systems (i.e. Klaviyo)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and critical-thinking capability
  • Ability to execute a project from start to finish independently
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Shopify experience preferred not required
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the email & sms channels, which includes building and managing sms & email campaigns
  • Create retention strategy including defining metrics to determine success.
  • Manage email & sms channel budget
  • Develop strategy and execute email & sms campaigns that promote our products to engage new customers and retain existing customers.
  • Understand digital marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement and the customer journey.
  • QA campaigns for functionality and optimized customer experience
  • Maintain a current understanding and application of email/ sms & retention best practices
  • Manage our email & sms agencies and work to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create journeys and campaigns in alignment with sales plan.
  • Manage the creation of email templates using HTML, CSS and Klaviyo.
  • Own and define effective email/ sms & retention KPIs to determine the success of email/ sms channels.
  • Create and manage A/B tests to continually improve email/ sms program.
  • Ensure all email templates meet technical requirements and have cross-device compatibility.
  • Manage email/ sms marketing team.
