About The Position

The Sr. Manager of Retail Channel Management leads global retail channel operations for Starlink Consumer within the central Consumer Growth support organization. The role brings retail channel managers across regions into one operating team with shared processes, tools, and standards, and owns the flow of retail demand into product on shelves, including order processing, inventory allocation, kit and accessory readiness, and support for new retail launches. The position connects regional growth teams that manage retailer and distributor relationships with Starlink functions responsible for building, planning, and shipping hardware. It ensures retailer demand is reflected in accurate forecasts, that kits and accessories reach distributor and retailer warehouses on time and retail ready, and that issues are identified and resolved before they cause empty shelves.

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, including managing managers.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed, including coverage across global time zones.
  • Must meet the stated U.S. government export-control eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain required authorizations.
