Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering 4D
About The Position
The Sr. Manager - Projects and Engineering will manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation and upgrade projects, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables and tracking risks, dependencies, and progress. The role works directly with client business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates. It also coordinates offshore development and functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and resolving escalations and blockers. The position develops project plans, RAID logs, and resource plans, and ensures adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. It oversees deliverables and testing phases, including UAT, SIT, and Pre-Prod, to confirm solutions meet business requirements, and drives timely go-live and post-go-live support. The role requires strong D365 F&O knowledge and familiarity with Power Platform, integrations, and Leapwork testing. It is a client-facing onshore role. The approximate annual base compensation range is USD 66,500 to USD 83,500. The role is listed as Regular.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- English is required, with overall proficiency at C2.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with integrations such as APIs, Azure, and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with the Leapwork testing tool.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Skill with Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.
