About The Position

Lead the company’s field labor and data analytics team, including direct reports/subordinates. Serve as a key driver in developing and implementing innovative solutions that empower the company’s field operations to achieve performance goals and drive operational excellence. Design and develop comprehensive workforce planning strategies, encompassing modeling, trend analysis, staffing allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) measurement. Define and track KPIs aligned with organizational goals, including labor productivity, cost to serve, DCM (Direct Controllable Margin), Host retention, and Host satisfaction. Develop and implement data-driven solutions and technology to drive continuous improvement in workforce planning and operational efficiency. Leverage data analysis to proactively surface trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization. Develop compelling presentations and deliverables to effectively communicate strategies and findings to both Home Office and Field leadership. Orchestrate transformation initiatives to ensure successful outcomes by planning, organizing, and directing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific Objectives and Key Results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in business analytics, project management, program management, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience developing and implementing planning strategies.
  • Three years of experience utilizing data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
  • Three years of experience leading large, technical, and strategic projects that impact profitability. A large project is one which has at least a $60 million labor pool.
  • One year of experience leading transformational initiatives.
  • Cost management, including labor cost analysis and ensuring labor plans meet budgetary constraints.
  • Candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all U.S. states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
