Sr Manager, Product Marketing - CRM

ServiceNow•Boston, MA

About The Position

The Sr Manager, Product Marketing role is on ServiceNow’s Service CRM team. It owns go-to-market activation, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, content and programs, and messaging and positioning. The role partners closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the field position Service CRM and win deals. It translates product capabilities into customer-facing messaging for customer service and CX leaders, field service and operations executives, and sellers, and keeps that messaging current as products and the competitive landscape evolve. The position is suited to someone who has owned and activated a go-to-market motion, built practical tools sellers use, and worked closely with enterprise sales teams. ServiceNow values shipped outcomes and market execution over a traditional product marketing title. Success in the first year includes establishing a consistent narrative that the field uses, executing product launches with clear activation plans, equipping sellers for competitive deals, building strong cross-functional relationships, and earning a reputation for getting things done in complex situations.
