About The Position

Capital One is seeking an innovative, driven individual-contributor Product Manager to own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control (FGAC) solution across its enterprise HR data ecosystem. This work will help protect sensitive international workforce data, support global compliance, and enable secure growth of Capital One’s HR product suite. Product managers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in Capital One’s product framework: human-centered customer focus, business-focused execution, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
