We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Product Management to own the roadmap for pricing and value capture technology. Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, consulting, or technology.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Previous experience in pricing and value management, cloud platforms, or data-driven environments.
  • Leadership and people-management experience, including the ability to identify skills, define roles, and outline growth paths (promotional or lateral) to support career progression and performance‑based professional development.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in pricing, analytics, or commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies that support modernization, scalability, and future-readiness across pricing and value management platforms.
  • Collaborate with architecture, analytics, finance, commercial, and compliance teams to deliver cohesive solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
  • Advocate for the use of advanced analytics, AI, machine learning models, and intelligent systems to improve pricing operations and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments that support pricing workflows and data services.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in pricing-related processes. Drive automation and self-service capabilities to improve turnaround times and user experience.
  • Ensure systems meet legal, regulatory, and data governance standards across diverse pricing contexts.
  • Lead initiatives that explore new approaches to pricing and value delivery. Support experimentation and pilot programs to validate emerging ideas.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes. Facilitate alignment across business strategy and technology workstreams.
