About The Position

Responsible for overall direction, utilization, supervision, and instruction of professional and supportive personnel at Cooper and each of our satellite locations. Primary duties are policy making, planning, staffing, directing or controlling the activities and operations of existing and future sites. Assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of all programs, policies and procedures, maintaining adequate qualified and competent personnel, adequate supplies and equipment to ensure a high degree of quality patient care and service.

Requirements

7 - 10 years of medical management experience
At least 5 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for all facets of management.
Excellent organizational, written verbal communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of business/medical administration and management.
Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Nice To Haves

EPIC experience preferred.
