Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills with stakeholders, the ability to assign timelines for actions, and hold stakeholders accountable to them.
  • Project Management – Detailed tracking with the ability to break down long-term projects into actionable steps with timelines, while effectively motivating stakeholders to move forward.
  • Analytical thinking and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the governance, standards, and execution of project portfolios to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Leading major business projects, process transformation initiatives, establishing operational metrics and other strategic programs.
  • Partner closely with leadership, technology, marketing, finance and other business teams to keep critical work moving forward, visible and aligned to company priorities.
  • Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs/projects including executive and key partner communications.
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program/project reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship, covering the effective deployment of machine and people resources, ensuring improvements such as efficiency and utilizing gains are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
  • Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making.
  • Define and manage a program portfolio that solves high-business impact problems for the organization.
  • Build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities.
