About The Position

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods (“GDK”) is a leading provider of authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, offering a diverse portfolio of products. They are seeking a Food Manufacturing - Senior Manager of Warehouse & Logistics for their Glendale Heights location. This role reports to the Supply Chain Director and is responsible for planning and directing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, shipping, routing, logistics, and administrative tasks across multiple facilities to achieve customer and company objectives.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Warehouse/Distribution Operations or related major
5+ years in a leadership capacity in a warehouse environment
Knowledge and experience with ERP / MRP systems
Experience in a food manufacturing environment (required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for overall warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics strategy.
Lead and manage workers engaged in receiving, storing, picking, staging, inventory, and shipping products or materials.
Coordinate warehouse activities with Sales, Record Control, and Purchasing departments to ensure material availability.
Drive Customer Fill Rate through planning, execution, and coordination of finished goods inventory for order fulfillment.
Establish and maintain operational procedures for verifying incoming orders, outgoing shipments, and product handling.
Lead efforts for inventory accuracy, including inventory, lot codes, warehouse locations, and shipping transactions.
Ensure ERP system utilization and transactional accuracy of material flow.
Manage the Slow Moving and Obsolete Goods program to minimize inventory write-offs.
Develop, manage, record, and publish KPIs for warehouse accuracy, capacity, slotting, route optimization, and truck utilization.
Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse, oversee equipment, and coordinate maintenance and replacement.
