About The Position

LoadUp is hiring a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to lead paid acquisition across DTC and marketplace channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role based onsite at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA, reporting to the Director of Marketing. You'll own the day-to-day strategy and performance of paid media, manage a significant media budget, and drive the testing and optimization work that improves acquisition efficiency and unit economics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, CTV, and affiliate marketing
  • Experience managing a significant digital media budget
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, business intelligence tools, attribution platforms, and experimentation tools
  • Experience measuring and optimizing CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
  • Experience with modern marketing technology stacks, including attribution tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting performance results and recommendations to marketing leadership

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing channels (email, SMS, push, in-app) and how they connect to paid acquisition
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior performance marketers or analysts

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic advertising, CTV, and affiliate marketing
  • Manage and optimize a significant media budget across Meta, Google, programmatic, CTV, and affiliate channels
  • Optimize campaigns against CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and unit economics
  • Recommend channel-level budget allocation based on performance, incrementality, and growth potential
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, acquisition funnels, and landing pages to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track acquisition, spend efficiency, and channel-level ROI
  • Partner with analytics teams on attribution, measurement, and performance reporting
  • Use SQL, BI tools, attribution platforms, and experimentation tools to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain strong standards for marketing measurement, tracking, attribution, and data privacy
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on growth strategy, budget planning, and reporting to leadership
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing on coordinated acquisition-to-retention campaigns
  • Partner with Marketplace Operations and Product on paid acquisition strategies for marketplace buyers and sellers
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and marketing technology vendors
