About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Performance Marketing to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our marketing-generated leads and opportunities. In this role, you will be the operational backbone ensuring that every high-intent lead is routed correctly, contacted and progressed efficiently, and dispositioned accurately. You will act as the ultimate traffic controller between Marketing, Revenue Process Automation, and Data Science, proactively identifying pipeline bottlenecks and partnering with technical teams to optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, propensity models, and demand strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years managing Salesforce (SFDC) lead objects, opportunity management, campaign associations, and standard routing tools (e.g., propensity models).
  • Deep understanding of lead routing logic, lead statuses, contact governance, and B2B marketing funnel dynamics.
  • Advanced proficiency in building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and utilizing Excel/BI tools to analyze lead/opportunity dispositions, velocity, attribution, more.
  • A proactive, investigative spirit—someone who loves "digging into the weeds" to find out why a lead broke and fixing it autonomously or with relevant partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily lead flow operations; build, maintain, and optimize complex Salesforce lead routing rules and distribution logic.
  • Define and optimize lead, contact, and opportunity lifecycle stages across the tech stack.
  • Enforce lead disposition standards; audit sales activities to ensure pipeline hygiene and accurate conversion data.
  • Monitor lead pipelines daily to catch stuck leads, SLA issues, sync failures, or routing anomalies; root-cause and resolve technical issues.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards tracking speed-to-lead, conversion rates, routing accuracy, and SLA compliance.
  • Partner with the Business Automation team to deploy system updates; collaborate with Revenue Performance to unlock pipeline velocity; align regularly with Marketing partners.
