About The Position

One of the most impactful roles in our company, the Sr. Manager of E-Commerce, DTC will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our Shopify business, the primary engine of our owned e-commerce growth. You'll work directly alongside the co-founders and partner closely with our Sr. Manager of E-Commerce, TikTok to drive company-wide e-commerce growth. This is a hands-on, builder's role: for at least the first year, you'll be in the weeds personally driving execution before eventually helping to build out the team around you. This is not a role for someone who simply manages people. We're looking for someone who builds businesses. This role is remote, with visits to headquarters as needed. Candidates open to relocation to the Stuart & Port St. Lucie, Florida areas preferred.

Requirements

  • A proven builder who has personally scaled DTC/Shopify brands, not just supported them, through $10M, $25M, $50M, and $100M+ inflection points.

  • Financially driven, with a deep grasp of unit economics, and highly accountable for results.
  • A true collaborator and team player.
  • A strategic thinker who connects merchandising, media, retention, and finance into one coherent growth plan.
  • A stellar communicator with real executive presence who is clear, credible, and confident with founders, clients, and your team alike.
  • Fast-moving, with a bias for action and a relentless growth mindset.
  • 5+ years executing high-growth e-commerce plans, with deep, hands-on Shopify expertise.
  • Experience scaling consumer brands in Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, or adjacent CPG categories.
  • Demonstrated success scaling brands in multi-million-dollar increments.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and multi-million-dollar budget management.
  • High-level P&L ownership and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or private equity-backed companies.
