We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to help lead the next phase of how Marketing Operations supports the business. This is a player-coach role: someone who can operate hands-on in the systems, improve process and execution, and actively develop a more cross-trained, resilient team. The role is designed for a leader who can step into day-to-day operational work where needed, while also building the team’s capabilities across campaign operations, lifecycle/routing, reporting, data hygiene, attribution, and workflow automation. This role will partner across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Enterprise Applications, and Analytics to ensure our systems, data, and processes support efficient execution and better business outcomes. The right candidate will help shift Marketing Operations from a primarily reactive support model to a more proactive operating partner by improving how work is prioritized, documented, scaled, and supported across the organization.
