This role enables disciplined execution across marketing and sales technology initiatives that support customer engagement, demand generation, sales enablement, customer data, content management, AI-driven capabilities, and digital experience modernization. The Sr. Program Manager will partner with senior product managers, business leaders, marketing stakeholders, IT, finance, procurement, and vendors to ensure programs are prioritized, tracked, and delivered. You will own key operating mechanisms including portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, monthly reviews, quarterly prioritization, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate brings program management discipline, commercial acumen, analytical capability, and executive communication skills. This hands-on leadership role requires operating at both strategic and tactical levels, connecting cross-functional teams, identifying risks, and ensuring visibility into progress and priorities. You will lead program management and establish the operating rhythm that enables disciplined execution across our marketing and sales technology portfolio.
