This role serves to lead the design and execution of training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and team member performance

Requirements

  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required
  • Minimum 8 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of managers who oversee the content design, retail training delivery and SSC/energy training delivery teams
  • Leads the design and execution of training content (e-learning, workshops, ILT, guides), program management and facilitation
  • Is responsible for the centralization of training delivery across all business functions
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and define learning requirements; is responsible for the intake of all training requests across business functions, to include needs analysis
  • Manages team of learning professionals and subject matter experts who create and deliver comprehensive blended learning, oversee the learning management system (LMS) and analyze training effectiveness; manages vendors
  • Contribute to the department plan by building comprehensive plans that ensure learning solutions align with business goals
