Sr. Learning Portfolio & Execution Manager

CrowdStrikeAustin, TX
$130,000 - $200,000

About The Position

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused leader to own and drive the operational engine behind our learning portfolio. This is not a passive project coordination role. This role exists to ensure things get done. You will run our content execution process, manage Product Launch Readiness (PLR), maintain our enablement content library, and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines. You will partner closely with content developers (who build the content) and leadership (who set strategy) — your job is to drive execution and completion. If you are someone who thrives on clarity, timelines, follow-through, and accountability — and you’re comfortable chasing down inputs from busy stakeholders — this role is for you.
