The Sr Manager, Leadership Capability & Strategy is a strategic individual contributor responsible for delivering on the enterprise’s senior leadership development strategy. This role focuses on supporting the development of Director+ leaders and activating targeted development for high potential individuals. This role partners closely with the Director, Learning Strategy & Design, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and senior business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, accelerate readiness, and ensure development experiences align with the enterprise’s long term talent and succession plan.
