About The Position
This position is hybrid working from our Legacy West Support Center located in Plano, Texas. About Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. Beauty Systems Group, branded as Cosmo Prof or Armstrong McCall stores, along with its direct sales consultants, sell professionally branded products intended for use and resale by salons to retail consumers. About the role The SR Manager of International Tax will be responsible for all US International tax and all foreign tax matters for the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation preferred.
- 7+ years direct International Income Tax experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Four years managing others and leading a team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with other departments within the organization and proactively seek solutions or suggest improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to complete all responsibilities in accordance with established deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the US International compliance process.
- Manage global arms length transfer pricing and documentation.
- Manage service provider with respect to foreign tax compliance.
- Special projects and tax planning.
- Foreign income tax provision and tax balance sheet account reconciliation.
- Manage US International and foreign income tax audits.
- Oversight of tax team associates and mentoring to develop a broad knowledge base with respect to US International and foreign tax matters.
