About The Position

The SR Manager of International Tax will be responsible for all US International tax and all foreign tax matters for the Company.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required, Masters degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 7+ years direct International Income Tax experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Four years managing others and leading a team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with other departments within the organization and proactively seek solutions or suggest improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to complete all responsibilities in accordance with established deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage the US International compliance process.
• Manage global arms length transfer pricing and documentation.
• Manage service provider with respect to foreign tax compliance.
• Special projects and tax planning.
• Foreign income tax provision and tax balance sheet account reconciliation.
• Manage US International and foreign income tax audits.
• Oversight of tax team associates and mentoring to develop a broad knowledge base with respect to US International and foreign tax matters.
