About The Position

MKTG Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager, Hospitality & Events to support premium guest programs across global Formula 1 racing events. This role focuses on delivering elevated hospitality experiences for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring seamless planning, premium execution, and high‑touch communication throughout each race weekend. This is a dynamic, detail‑oriented role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and excels at balancing organization with execution. The Senior Manager plays a key role in coordinating hospitality operations, managing guest communications, and partnering with internal teams and clients to elevate the end‑to‑end experience across international F1 programs. You will report to the Senior Director, Hospitality & Events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate events, experiential marketing, or premium guest experience
  • Experience supporting high‑level corporate events, sports hospitality, or global programs
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting senior leaders and executives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Experience managing event logistics (rooming lists, transportation manifests, VIP movement, hospitality operations)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communication streams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design hospitality programs across multiple F1 race locations, collaborating with internal teams and clients to shape premium guest experiences
  • Develop event plans and timelines that ensure smooth delivery of high‑touch hospitality moments
  • Oversee day‑to‑day hospitality operations including VIP support, suite management, paddock coordination, and on‑site guest needs
  • Manage premium touchpoints such as curated gifting, transportation flows, credentialing, and bespoke guest journeys
  • Support ticketing and credential distribution and ensure all guest itineraries and communications are accurate and polished
  • Create client‑ready materials including itineraries, event collateral, presentations, and hospitality reports
  • Lead or support client calls and internal meetings, clearly communicating timelines, status, and next steps
  • Partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment across hospitality, event operations, and guest experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance hospitality processes across global racing programs
  • Evaluate post‑event performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience year over year
  • Support broader event planning including premium gifting, vendor coordination, and operational tasks based on team priorities
