About The Position

Senior Manager, Global Creative Content is responsible for owning the execution of content across assigned film titles, managing projects from pre-production through delivery with guidance from team leadership. This role leads content planning, production, and rollout for a subset of titles, while partnering with senior team members on larger or more complex campaigns. The Senior Manager translates creative direction into execution, working closely with editors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content aligned with campaign goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in creative content, production, or entertainment marketing
  • Understanding of content production workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) and post-production workflows
  • Ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into clear, actionable guidance for editors and vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced production or agency environments
  • Familiarity with digital and social content formats and trends
  • Ability to operate with guidance while developing increasing independence and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of content across assigned film titles, managing projects from planning through production and final delivery with guidance from leadership.
  • Develop and manage content plans for assigned titles, including timelines, deliverables, and rollout coordination.
  • Translate creative direction into executable content by working with editors, vendors, and internal teams to develop and deliver assets.
  • Coordinate and manage production logistics, including shoots, vendors, travel, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Publicity, Digital, Media, Partnerships, etc.) to align on content needs and priorities.
  • Guide editorial execution by reviewing cuts, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with creative direction and campaign goals.
  • Oversee asset tracking, delivery timelines, and distribution across stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and vendors for assigned projects, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Engage with talent, filmmakers, and representatives in support of content capture and approvals.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support team workflows.
