  • Oversee finance-side business compliance supporting field operations, including licensing, certificates of insurance, and customer compliance documentation.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages to the parent company, including results, forecasts, variance commentary, and supporting schedules; own intercompany accounting and reconciliations and provide consolidation inputs.
  • Lead the finance and accounting workstream of post-acquisition integration, including chart-of-accounts mapping, ERP migration, policy alignment, and adoption of parent reporting standards and controls.
  • Translate the project-based service business into the parent company’s reporting framework while preserving operational detail.
  • Partner with the Purge Rite General Manager and leadership on operational and commercial decisions; provide financial input on pricing, bids, contract and payment terms, and customer credit.
  • Provide operations leadership with cost visibility at field-labor, equipment, and project levels; support fleet deployment, maintenance, and capital-investment decisions.
  • Partner with operations, sales, project management, HR, and IT to align financial and operational performance, plan headcount, support payroll accuracy and labor-cost reporting, and maintain finance systems, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure.

  • Set goals and priorities, manage performance, and build a high-performing, accountable, collaborative finance team with succession depth and cross-training.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across FP&A and project-administration processes, especially during integration into Vertiv systems and standards.
  • Ensure ERP financial information is reliable as the source of truth and partner on integration into the parent company’s ERP and related systems, including payroll and project-information systems.
