The Sr. Manager, FP&A – Supply Chain will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnership for Distribution Centers, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy, providing visibility into financial performance, operational trends, investments, and key cost drivers across these functions. This leader will partner closely with Distribution Center, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy leadership, as well as Supply Chain & Digital FP&A, Accounting, and cross-functional business partners to develop financial plans, forecasts, and actionable insights that support operational performance, strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and enterprise financial goals. Connect financial performance to key operational and business drivers across Supply Chain, including volume, productivity, labor, operating costs, and strategic investments, translating results into actionable insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership. Support long-term Supply Chain investment strategy through financial modeling and analysis of strategic initiatives, developing IRR, ROI, and scenario analyses to evaluate investment alternatives, quantify financial returns, and inform capital allocation and prioritization decisions. This role requires strong analytical capability, financial discipline, business partnership, and the ability to understand diverse Supply Chain operations and translate complex financial and operational data into clear implications and decision support.
