About The Position

This role will support and partner with the Mountain West Region business units to provide analysis, insights and recommendations for improvement. This job is critical for leading complex financial initiatives and providing strategic analysis to support organizational decision-making. It involves managing a team of professionals focused on financial evaluation, planning, and reporting. Additionally, it includes identifying trends to advise on business strategy and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance
  • 7-10 Years Relevant Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reports
  • Driving strategic financial projects, providing insights that influence long-term planning and immediate business decisions
  • Simplifying and communicating complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Conducting comprehensive economic evaluations to inform the organization's financial strategy and investment decisions
  • Identifying and analyzing emerging financial trends, integrating them into strategic planning and forecasting
  • Collaborating with internal finance teams and business leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Developing and refining financial models to support decision-making on strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management and analysis.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
