Renuity is seeking a driven and people-focused Senior Manager, Field Recruiting to lead talent acquisition efforts across a designated region, supporting our newly implemented regional recruiting model. This leader will oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruitment and be responsible for driving results, building partnerships, and developing recruiting talent to meet aggressive hiring goals aligned with business needs. As part of the TA leadership team, this role will collaborate closely with field leaders, influence hiring strategies, and manage a team of high-volume recruiters.
