This leader will oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruitment and be responsible for driving performance, scalability, and innovation across their region. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role will collaborate with executive stakeholders, drive sourcing strategy, and lead a team of recruiting professionals to meet aggressive hiring targets aligned with our business objectives.
