The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager – Experienced Recruiting is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of global experienced hiring across half of our corporate business (three departments) and four recruiting pillars, supporting roles from Senior Analyst through Principal level. Partnering closely with another senior manager, this leader will share ownership of our experienced hiring portfolio and ensure cohesive strategy, consistent processes, and an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring partners. This individual plays a strategic and hands-on role in designing recruiting strategies, building robust pipelines, and ensuring high-quality, equitable hiring outcomes. As a trusted business partner to department leaders and People Strategy colleagues, this Senior Manager will influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and strong market awareness.
