Sr Manager Enterprise Architecture
About The Position
This role involves assisting in the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of architecture solutions for specific projects and initiatives, collaborating with architects and project teams to define scopes, objectives, and deliverables. A key aspect of this position is ensuring the alignment of architecture solutions with business requirements and objectives, as well as defining and maintaining architectural standards and guidelines. The role also requires evaluating the effectiveness and impact of architectural decisions, providing technical guidance and mentorship, and participating in architecture reviews and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles
- Proven experience in project management or team leadership
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in implementing solutions in an enterprise environment
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
