Placement within these ranges will be based on a candidate’s previous experience in initiative analytics, metrics design, business intelligence proficiency and demonstrated executive communication skills. About the Role: The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the company’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis processes for the Customer Experience departments within the company, which includes Concierge, Learning & Development, Community and 5 Clubhouses across the country. This role partners closely with executive leadership to provide insights that drive informed decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term business strategy. The Director of FP&A oversees financial modeling, performance reporting, and cross-functional financial planning initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of FP&A will create and maintain a member economic model that identifies and quantifies each driver of ‘cost to serve’ with the intention of managing a multiyear variable contribution margin expansion strategy while also expanding retention. In addition he or she will develop ClubHouse 4-Wall profitability reporting and initiatives to improve their profitability.
