About The Position

The Crème Shop is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead and scale our financial planning and analysis function. This role will be a key strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads, driving financial rigor across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business performance metrics in a consumer goods or retail environment. This individual will be responsible for leading budget and forecast processes, evaluating business performance, mentoring junior team members, and guiding strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including experience in a leadership or people management role.
  • Korean-Bilingual required to communicate regularly with HQ.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required, strong proficiency with dashboards and scenario planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial data into business insights.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and business partnering skills.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or beauty industries strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning cycles, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment across functions
  • Own all financial reporting processes including monthly and quarterly business reviews, management reporting, and board-level presentations.
  • Deliver detailed variance analyses and performance reporting with clear, data-driven narratives and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to develop financial strategies that support company objectives, growth initiatives, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee the development of financial models to support scenario planning, product pricing, business cases, margin improvement, and M&A analysis.
  • Champion process improvements and implementation of reporting automation tools to streamline forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, providing recommendations to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls; support audit readiness and documentation.
  • Coach and manage a growing FP&A team to support business scaling.
  • Act as a strategic finance advisor across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned per department needs.
