About The Position

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Manager Digital Workplace as part of the Information Technology team based in Bridgewater, NJ. The Senior Manager, Digital Workspace leads the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace technologies that enable a seamless, secure, and productive employee experience. This role oversees workplace automation, Service Now platform and develop business catalogs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions that enable employee engagement, streamline IT and business processes thereby enhancing employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM or GRC).
  • ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including at least 3–5 years managing teams in end-user services or digital workspace environments in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of endpoint management platforms like Intune, JAMF, SCCM.
  • Certification in ITIL desired.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange.
  • Extensive experience with Excel- Pivot tables, macros, etc.
  • Experience with Power BI and data analysis.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, SOAP APIs, gRPC, sFTP, Kafka, MQTT a plus.
  • Language: Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise Digital Workspace strategy, aligned with organizational goals and modern workplace trends.
  • Develop and own the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow platform initiatives and governance.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and scalable architectural design.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITAM, HAM & SAM
  • Manage demand intake, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders across IT, HR, Security, SAP, and Operations to identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities.
  • Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (such as Microsoft Entra, Intune, Workday, SAP, Snowflake and custom APIs), ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Provide directions to team managing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy and integrity through discovery tools and service mapping.
  • Establish governance policies, integrating the CMDB with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes like Incident and Change Management, and providing technical leadership and support to align IT services with business strategies.
  • Develop data-driven solutions, create reports and dashboards, and lead the architecture for data analysis within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into technical blueprints, designing and integrating dashboards and reports, establishing data governance, and mentoring other team members on best practices.
  • Partner with Information Security and Compliance teams to conduct periodic platform audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediations.
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to drive improvements in end user experience and service reliability.
  • Champion user-centric design principles and ensure services meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards.
  • Implement robust change management, version control, and release management processes.
  • Drive automation and self-service capabilities to reduce friction in daily user workflows.
  • Manage the relationship with ServiceNow and partner with MSP to drive licensing optimization and cost management.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance employee productivity.
