About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager to join our team. This individual will work in implementing and evaluating initiatives across digital advertising channels, establishing global best practices and partnering with global marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly within regulated businesses that require balancing compliance with effective marketing. The Senior Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager will oversee global performance marketing programs, collaborating with direct-to-consumer and healthcare provider teams and supporting agencies. They will lead efforts to improve data quality, streamline attribution, and deliver actionable insights that support media investment strategies and funnel optimization. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering innovation across paid digital channels. They will be focused on our product marketing and lead to acquisition funnel, and will come with a blend of analytical, technical, strategic and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and enhance Insulet’s performance marketing programs and drive business growth. Purpose Develop expert strategic guidance on performance marketing efforts, including paid digital, OOH, and broadcast marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. Analyze marketing funnel and website performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance marketing effectiveness while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including both strategic and executional experience at multiple points of the acquisition funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
  • Passionate about creating data-driven, cross-channel insights to fuel our strategy and maximize the ROI of our paid marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidelines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in BI tools and dashboard creation for campaign performance.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with dynamic data visualizations.

  • Understanding of international marketing environments and regional business model differences.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Digital
  • 10+ years of industry experience; Digital experience a must, agency and/or multinational experience a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with diabetes and medical device and / or healthcare experience / HIPPA regulated products ideal, but not required
  • Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, working alongside the Director of Digital Strategies and global marketing partners.
  • Ensure performance marketing strategies align with overall business goals and regulatory requirements by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and product development
  • Direct integration and coordination of marketing efforts across multiple platforms to ensure the campaigns offer a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Design and conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve marketing tactics and strategie
  • Champion and enable increased adoption of data-driven decision-making for digital marketing tactics, driving marketing campaign optimization process and daily management activities to ensure continuous improvement of campaign performance.
  • Connect the dots across marketing channels through data (including TV, OOH, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts and improve both the ROI of our spend as well as the customer journey
  • Drive the optimization of our lead intake / acquisition process using a strong understanding of marketing analytics, data modeling, multi-channel digital marketing, web analytics, and trending industry data analytics tools
  • Working with Digital Marketing Agency and Website Analytics Manager, drive the creation of Global Digital Dashboards to provide visualizations of website performance, conversion analytics, ad performance, and customer insights
  • Delve into digital channel KPIs to understand and communicate the impact these marketing campaigns have down the funnel and across the organization, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Drive improvements in understanding our performance by working with Data Sciences and other teams and adopting advanced analytics tools for campaign optimizations
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment with data definitions, data governance, etc, and acting as Data Steward for the digital touchpoints
  • Conduct thorough and continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure Insulet stays agile by tracking future channel innovations and developing plans to quickly adapt to changes in algorithms, consumer behavior, and market conditions
