We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Manager, Deal Desk to support strategic deal structuring, pricing, and financial evaluation across new product offerings and contract renewals. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, and is responsible for developing robust financial models that inform pricing strategy, margin optimization, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in valuation, investment banking, or transaction advisory, with deep expertise in financial modeling and a proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • 6–10+ years of experience in investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, or strategic finance
  • Advanced financial modeling skills (e.g., 3-statement modeling, DCF, scenario/sensitivity analysis)
  • Experience supporting complex deal negotiations or working in a Deal Desk / Pricing / Revenue Operations environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription-based business models (preferred)
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial evaluation of complex deals, including enterprise contracts, multi-year agreements, and business model strategy
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess profitability, cash flow, and ROI for new product launches and contract renewals
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships to structure deals that balance customer value with company margin and growth objectives
  • Evaluate pricing scenarios, discounting strategies, and contract terms to optimize revenue and long-term value
  • Develop business cases for new product offerings, including market sizing, unit economics, and breakeven analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to assess financial viability and pricing frameworks for new solutions
  • Support go-to-market strategy with data-driven insights on monetization and bundling approaches
  • Analyze renewal cohorts and customer lifetime value to inform renewal pricing and upsell strategies
  • Build predictive models to evaluate churn risk, expansion opportunities, and long-term contract value
  • Support negotiations by providing scenario analyses and financial recommendations for renewal terms
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product during deal negotiations
  • Establish scalable deal desk processes, approval frameworks, and pricing governance
  • Ensure alignment between financial models, contract terms, and revenue recognition considerations
  • Monitor deal performance vs. modeled expectations and refine assumptions accordingly
  • Deliver insights on pricing effectiveness, margin trends, and deal cycle efficiency
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of pricing strategy and commercial policies
