About The Position

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact. Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work. As Deal Desk Manager at Mimica, you will own the coordination and execution of complex enterprise deal processes, partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to help accelerate deal velocity while ensuring rigor, alignment, and sound commercial judgment. Our environment involves highly customized enterprise deals that require structured coordination, thoughtful contract management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across multiple stakeholders. In the near term, you will help drive deal execution and bring structure to how we operate today. Over time, you will help build the playbooks, processes, and infrastructure that define how Deal Desk scales at Mimica.
