About The Position

The Sr Manager, Customer Offerings at Johnson & Johnson serves as the primary commercial point of contact for deal offerings, including pay-per-use, leasing, and structured financing models. This role involves close partnership with Sales and Finance to develop customer-centric offerings that enhance execution and competitiveness, while also supporting territory strategy and commercial planning. The position is part of the Surgery team within MedTech, which focuses on delivering surgical technologies and solutions to healthcare professionals globally to treat prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. The role is based in Santa Clara, CA, with consideration for Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ, and requires an onsite presence 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer offerings, capital sales support, commercial finance, or pricing strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling and customer-value analysis capability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage OTTAVA deal offerings, including PPU, leasing, and alternative capital models.
  • Support capital sales planning with territory insights, financial structures, and customer value analysis.
  • Partner with Deal Strategy, Pricing Ops, and Finance to validate feasibility and profitability of offerings.
  • Educate Sales and KAM on offering structures, approval requirements, and customer positioning.
  • Track offering performance and market adoption; recommend innovations to enable growth.
