Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 or more years related supply chain experience, preferably in a consumer products or manufacturing organization
  • Experience leading teams and/or projects.
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and applications
  • Passionate about Value Creation
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement the Customer Excellence & Logistics strategy across the organization.
  • Execute our strategic plan to maximize Value Creation. Work on bridging gaps across the organization to drive efficiency by identifying process improvements and foster trusted partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset that incorporates end to end supply chain / cross functional perspectives beyond your role.
  • Must be a self-starter that demonstrates curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit to make decisions on behalf of the business.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability of results.
  • Drive continuous improvements and process innovation within the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners: Sales, Category, Customer Service and Planning Functions to meet internal and customer initiatives.
  • Communicate internally customer initiatives and requirements with anticipated impact on Henkel Consumer Brands.
  • Possess expert knowledge and experience of supply chain operations, including EDI, VMI, CPFR, Customer Data Systems, Transportation, Warehousing, Production Scheduling and Demand Planning.
