Our Surgery team delivers surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world, helping to effectively treat prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. We are searching for a Senior Manager, Contract Management and Deal Strategy to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ. The role will require the position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week. The Sr Manager, Contract Management and Deal Strategy owns the production, accuracy, and compliance of all OTTAVA contracts. This role manages drafting, redlining, negotiation support, and documentation across capital, service, digital, and IT‑related agreements. The role ensures all contract elements align to policy, pricing, financial inputs, and CPC governance. This role will also collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).

Requirements

  • 7+ years in contract management or legal operations.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, business models, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract intake, drafting, revisions, negotiation support, and execution.
  • Coordinate redlines and legal reviews; ensure policy and pricing compliance.
  • Assemble complete contract packages aligned to approved deal strategy and pricing inputs.
  • Maintain the OTTAVA contract database and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
  • Support escalations through CPC and partner with Finance, Legal, and Pricing Ops to resolve issues.
  • Drive cycle‑time reduction and template standardization.
