About The Position

Lead HGA's digital presence and shape how our expertise shows up across every channel! The Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Editorial shapes HGA's voice, narrative, and point of view across sectors, audiences, and channels. Serving as the firm's editorial lead, this role sets the strategic vision, standards, and annual content agenda — and ensures that content is effectively activated through integrated distribution across web, social, video, email, and paid channels. Working closely with Brand, PR, and Market leadership, this role owns the firmwide editorial calendar and translates content priorities into channel strategies that reach the right audiences at the right moments. This role also guides paid search and campaign planning, ensuring media investments align with editorial and business development goals. Leading a multidisciplinary team spanning social media, digital experience, and editorial, this role operates as a peer leader alongside the Brand Manager, PR Manager and Internal/Exec Comms Manager within the Brand & Communications team — connecting content strategy, marketing systems, and performance measurement to advance brand awareness, client engagement, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within professional services or complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading editorial content across multiple channels, including web, social, email, video, and paid media.
  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary digital and content team.
  • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills, with experience translating complex or technical subject matter into clear, compelling content.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, including email marketing, segmentation, workflows, and performance reporting.
  • Experience overseeing website strategy, content governance, and digital platform maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve content and campaign performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with comfort partnering across disciplines, offices, and leadership levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
