The position is responsible for construction operations, fleet and inventory operations, and renovation coordination. Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 or more years in a related position, preferably with vendor management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Proficiency with prospect and resident management systems.
Self-motivated, with a can-do mindset.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity and change effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Background in single-family rental operations.
Experience sourcing and managing vendors.
Vendor management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction workflows, processes, and operations.
Improve processes to reduce construction timelines.
Meet regularly with department heads to review requests for proposals in each market.
Communicate weekly with vendors and construction project managers about workflows and issues.
Ensure information such as budgets and completion dates is entered accurately and on time in relevant systems.
Coordinate with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure field staff are appropriately stocked and inventory is tracked.
Coordinate risk management by implementing a quality control program for product usage.
Track activity and key performance indicators to provide quality control support for vendor relationships.
Monitor vendor compliance on an ongoing basis.
Onboard communities and implement recurring service contracts as needed.
Work regularly with the B2R team and builders to schedule builder inspections and punch walks.
Perform other renovation- or vendor-related activities as determined by the manager.
