Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 or more years in a related position; vendor management experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Proficiency with prospect and resident management systems.
Motivated self-starter.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity and change effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction operations workflows and processes.
Improve processes to reduce construction timelines.
Meet regularly with department heads to review market-level RFPs.
Communicate weekly with vendors and Construction Project Managers about workflow and issues.
Ensure timely and accurate entry of information, including budgets and completion dates, into relevant systems.
Coordinate with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure field staff are stocked appropriately and inventory is tracked.
Coordinate risk management efforts by implementing a quality control program around product usage.
Track activity and KPIs to support quality control for vendor relationships.
Monitor vendor compliance on an ongoing basis.
Onboard communities and implement recurring service contracts as needed.
Work with the B2R team and builders to schedule builder inspections and punch walks.
Perform other renovation- or vendor-related activities as determined by the manager.
