The Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis activities supporting the Americas Commercial Finance team. In this role, you will partner with commercial sales leadership to provide financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making. You will translate sales performance into financial impact and deliver reporting and recommendations that guide regional strategy and business outcomes. This position is designated as a hybrid role, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. The selected candidate will be required to work from our Carmel, IN or Rosemont, IL office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to partner with and influence stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (such as Hyperion or Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles and annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain bookings forecast models; identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to support target achievement.
  • Partner with commercial sales leaders to translate business activity into financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead business performance reviews by analyzing sales results, bookings, and quota performance, and preparing clear, executive-ready reporting.
  • Establish and monitor sales quotas, key performance indicators, and performance tracking; support ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
