About The Position

The Senior Manager, Collaborations and Collection Marketing position will support the strategic development and execution of global marketing initiatives supporting Calvin Klein Collection and brand collaborations. This role is responsible for shaping product marketing, integrated campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies that drive cultural impact, commercial relevance, and alignment with the brand’s global vision. As part of the Global Integrated Marketing team, this position will partner closely with the Integrated Marketing teams working across mainline and licensees (as relevant), as well as Global cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Brand Image, PR / Influence, Social, Brand Experience, GBE) and regional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and seamless execution across global consumer touchpoints. The Senior Manager will also oversee project-based agency partners and / or freelancers. Key to this role is dynamic day-to-day collaboration and cross-functional alignment to elevate product narratives and deliver high-impact, brand-amplifying moments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Marketing experience in fashion, retail, luxury, and/or creative industries, with a proven track record in driving strategy, creative executions, business/brand alignment, and key channel planning.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives tied to runway, collaborations, and global brand launches.
  • Strong strategic understanding of fashion marketing, creative development, and integrated brand storytelling.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior leadership and external partners.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill creative vision into clear strategic direction.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and competing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting timelines.
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities and mitigating risk.
  • Passion for culture, design, and the evolving fashion landscape, with a strong point of view on contemporary brand relevance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic development of integrated marketing strategies for Collection, Collaborations, and select Special Projects, translating creative vision and product narratives into culturally impactful, commercially relevant programs.
  • Develop and manage marketing briefs that clearly articulate strategic intent, storytelling frameworks, and channel priorities for cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee briefing, development, and implementation of Collection and Collaborations assets — including campaigns, runway content, lookbooks, PDP, and digital activations — ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Manage 360° go-to-market planning for Collection and Collaborations, ensuring consistent brand execution and adaptation across PR, Influence, VIP, Social, Brand Experience, eCommerce, Paid Media, and VM / Retail.
  • Serve as a key day-to-day cross-functional lead for Collection and Collaborations, aligning Brand Image, Production, Project Management, and channel teams on concepts, asset needs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support management of external collaborators, cultural partners, and agency teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards, approved scope, and shared objectives.
  • Support budget tracking and financial management for Collection / Collaborations.
  • Coordinate post-launch reporting, synthesizing cultural and commercial impact, social performance, and media results into clear insights for leadership review.
