This role sits at the intersection of Pricing & Commercial Operations and Finance, providing commercial insights and analytics to support Gross-to-Net (GTN) management across Pfizer’s U.S. Hospital Injectable and Biosimilar portfolio, with a primary focus on pricing, contracting, and chargebacks. The role analyzes contracting terms, pricing dynamics, and chargeback trends to assess and communicate their impact on GTN, revenue, margin, and profitability. It develops and analyzes chargeback, rebate, administrative fee, and other GTN assumptions; identifies business drivers and trends; and translates complex price-related contracting activity into actionable insights for Commercial and Finance stakeholders. The position supports forecasting and planning and advances automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve the speed, transparency, and quality of GTN analysis and decision-making. The role partners with Finance, Controllership, and Commercial stakeholders on GTN forecasting, accrual assessment, reconciliation, and financial reporting. It models the effects of contracting strategies, pricing actions, channel strategies, market dynamics, legislative changes, and new product launches. It also serves as the functional owner of the commercial revenue and demand data repository, supports data integrity between Flex and the corporate ERP, and drives automation and reporting improvements with appropriate AI governance and human oversight. As a liaison between PCO and Finance, the position translates commercial strategies into financial implications and aligns commercial assumptions with financial reporting, accounting, and control requirements. It coordinates GTN data and assumption refreshes across relevant teams, supports List Price calculations and wholesaler price adjustment analytics, and partners on Government Pricing and Compliance topics, including Medicaid, 340B, and FSS/FCP accrual implications. The role supports pricing governance and evaluation of contracting performance against original GTN projections. The position is assigned to a Pfizer site within commuting distance, with colleagues generally working onsite about two to three days per week and offsite when appropriate. Travel to support business needs is less than 10–15%.
